Order Processing

All orders placed are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. (Excluding major Holidays and weekends)

 

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to double check your emails for any spelling errors when placing your order. If you used the wrong email please contact our team for further help.

Once you receive your tracking number and information please allow 24 hours for the carriers facility to receive and update your tracking information.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for the customer to receive their order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note once you receive your tracking info and your order is with the carrier facility Lashsthetics is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package gets lost in transit or stolen please contact your local USPS and they can further assist you with finding your package. Lashsthetics will not issue a refund for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Damaged Products

All items are inspected for any damages prior to shipping out. Items can get damaged during transit so we will try to package everything securely. If you receive your package and your items are damaged please contact us for further assistance. Email must be sent within 24 hours of when your package was delivered.
